Process all guest check-ins by confirming reservations, assigning rooms, and issuing room keys. Complete the designated cashier and closing reports in the computer system. Process all check-outs, including resolving any late and disputed charges. Process all payment types, such as room charges, cash, cheques, debit, or credit cards. Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience. You will be a great fit you have: Experience in a similar night role Knowledge of the Opera operation system Good administration skills. Well-groomed and clean appearance. Calm manner towards staff, clients, and authorities. Excellent communication and organisational skills.
