E-Commerce Business Analyst - Responsibilities Build and maintain effective relationships with internal teams, HQ and third parties. Support Digital Project Managers during project planning phases to ensure digital projects are set up for successful delivery. Deliver business requirements, business process design and functional design activities for Digital and E-Commerce projects Translate business requirements into functional and business specifications Document project requirements through the writing of user stories Create / execute user acceptance tests Alongside the project team, review, and sign-off solution designs E-Commerce Business Analyst - Skills & Experience Previous experience in a similar Business Analyst role within a large corporate environment.3+ years of focussed E-Commerce / Retail experience Experience of requirement gathering, proposal write-up, delivering business requirements, business process design and functional design on digital change and E-Commerce projects. Proven experience across a range of E-Commerce technologies / platforms and integrations - SAP Hybris, and Adobe Experience Manager AEM highly desirable. Knowledge of corporate.
