At TPH, as a D365 CRM and Power Platform Specialist, you'll take center stage in steering our digital transformation initiatives toward a future filled with innovation, all while collaborating with a team of visionaries who share your passion for driving positive change through technological advancements. Responsibilities: As a D365 CRM and Power Platform Specialist on our Digital Transformation Team, your day-to-day tasks will include: Collaborating closely with Digital Solutions leaders to ensure the comprehensive capture, strategic planning, and successful realization of functions. Configuring D365 CRM Out-of-the-Box (OOTB) settings or customization across a multi-application and environmental framework to align with scoped requirement functions. Designing and implementing workflows, Power Automations, Business Process flows, Power BI reports, and integration activities to ensure that business requirements are met as closely to OOTB standards as possible. Executing data migrations or staging operations to facilitate the transition into D365 from a multi-DB architecture, as part of the preparation for the deprecation of legacy systems.
