The Rehabilitation Sciences Sector (RSS) in the Temerty Faculty of Medicine is a world leader in the delivery of rehabilitation sciences health professional programs and research. The RSS is comprised of four essential departments: Department of Physical Therapy (PT), Department of Occupational Science and Occupational Therapy (OSOT), Department of Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) and the Rehabilitation Sciences Institute (RSI). Reporting to the Chief Administrative Officer, and with dotted line reporting relationships to the Chairs of OSOT, PT, SLP and the Director of the RSI, as Director, Operations, you will play a pivotal role in defining and accomplishing the RSS’ strategic goals and objectives. You will be adept at leading and operationalizing the RSS’ renewed vision through continual innovation and improvement to ensure consistent high-quality administrative support is provided to all programs, research and administrative services. Your proven ability to evaluate processes, identify and articulate vulnerabilities, and partner with key stakeholders to deliver quality business solutions will help us enhance the RSS’ efficiency, effectiveness and operational agility.
