Across multiple floors it will encompass 200,000 ft2 of primarily wet laboratories, offices and meeting spaces. The building will house researchers from Biology and Chemical & Physical Sciences departments, provide growth for the Forensic Sciences program and the Centre for Medicinal Chemistry, host emerging ventures in Spin Up, and expand core research facility offerings.
