Responsibilities: 1. Looking for correlations of data to performance. 2. Account reconciliation of balance sheet accounts. 3. Preparation of journal entry for daily general ledger postings. 4. Assist with financial reporting packages and projects within prescribed timelines. 5. Perform other duties and projects as assigned. 6. Build and modify systems to meet project and user requirements. 7. Participate in financial statement analysis. 8. Assist team with documentation of current processes and procedures. 9. Provide assistance to user groups on system related questions and issues. 10. Work with detailed sales data. 11. Other duties necessary to the efficient functioning of finance and administration. 12. Assist the Budgets and Forecasts team with the monthly reporting. 13. Assist in driving standardization, simplification, and automation of financial reporting. 14. Ensures financial reporting meets the compliance needs of internal and external users. Job Requirements 1. Strong attention to detail and organization. 2. Comfortable in a fast-pace environment, working across multiple projects simultaneously. 3. Fluency with the Microsoft Office suite. 4. Excellent written and verbal communications skills 5. Ability to remain professional and maintain strict confidence. 6. Team player, positive, pleasant attitude 7. Self-motivated and able to work well independently and with a team
