Responsibilities: 1. Address a critical issue/opportunity with a final presentation on a business impact project. 2. Participate in daily tasks and operations. 3. Working with teams on customer facing presentations, reports and documentation. 4. Assist in developing and implementing procedures, practices and work methods to ensure work effectiveness and efficiency. 5. Assist in facilitating and leading collaborative cross-functional meetings to gather business requirements. 6. Promote relationships with other departments by maintaining consistent and concise communication. 7. Perform other related duties/projects as assigned. Human Resource projects as needed. 8. Review contracts and other documentation from Consumer & Industrial customers to ensure that internal databases match contract information in compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley controls. 9. Communicate directly with Sales in order to ensure that contract requirements are understood and to facilitate processing. 10. Assist in the development and maintenance of the contract database and paperless workflow. 11. Perform other duties as required. 12. Respond to phone and internet inquiries. 13. Respond to requests from residents and exceed their expectations. Job Requirements 1. Must have ability to think proactively, always looking for areas to learn and contribute. 2. Willingness to take on new responsibilities, be open minded and able to adjust to shifting priorities with a positive attitude. 3. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. 4. Strong written and verbal communication skills. 5. Well organized and skilled in coordinating event logistics a plus. 6. Professional demeanor. 7. Proficient in Microsoft Suite: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio. 8. We are looking for an individual that is resourceful and can build working relationships with others. 9. Have excellent communication and negotiation skills.
