Responsibilities: 1. Utilize leads program and develop customers by using referrals, occupational, and special-interest groups to compile lists of prospects. 2. Approach potential customers by making sales calls by phone 3. Determine customers' particular needs by scheduling fact-finding appointments and ascertaining long-term goals. 4. Develop a coordinated protection plan by calculating and quoting rates for coverage. 5. Follow necessary steps for underwriting approval. 6. Provide excellent customer service by delivering policies; planning future follow-up visits and ongoing evaluation of needs. 7. Update industry knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; maintaining state life maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations. 8. Social Media monitoring & management. 9. Answering customer questions & concerns online and via phone. 10. Responding to emails from customers, brands, bloggers, etc. in a timely manner. 11. Resolve customer issues in a consistent manner. 12. Liaise with other departments (advertising, marketing, account management). 13. Excellent communication skills. 14. Experience overcoming objectives and closing sales. Job Requirements 1. Sales and marketing skills. 2. Strong work ethic and ability to work independently. 3. Self-starter/entrepreneurial spirit. 4.
