GMR Marketing, the nation s largest event marketing company, is helping to launch an event at various college campuses nationwide for a leading telecommunications provider! We are searching for outgoing and energetic Brand Ambassadors that have a strong knowledge of the campus in which they attend. If interested please read on, this should be a very fun and exciting event! Description: We are looking to hire Brand Ambassadors for our promotion this fall at Indiana University of Pennsylvania. In addition to the job duties outlined below, the Brand Ambassadors should perform other duties as assigned by the Field Manager when necessary. The Brand Ambassador will be required to work the week of the event August 25th through August 28th. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Pre-Event: Attend one or more training sessions either in-person or via web conference Complete and pass online quizzes based on training materials Meet with local Field Manager to train on University offer and selling points (TBD) Assist with promotion of event, either via personal Facebook Account or other social media outlets Essential Duties and Responsibilities During Event Week: Arrive on-time to event sites in required uniform and report to field manager Assist with event setup and tear-down Participate in on-site training with field manager, including role-playing Enthusiastically drive college students to Comcast/Xfinity tent on campus Promote University back-to-school TV & Internet offer Effectively demo products as requested by Field Manager Work simultaneously and effectively with Comcast sales team. Be professional! Be compliant with site rules and regulations Execute promotional activities in accordance with established parameters Immediately report all issues to Field Manager Take direction from Field Manager and complete all tasks as assigned Assist in cleaning and maintaining event site before, during and after event Qualifications: Experience with events and/or promotions Familiarity with University and student population Very friendly and outgoing Very reliable and professional Comfortable with soft selling Working knowledge of computers Microsoft Office Suite Ability to perform multiple tasks under adverse weather conditions Candidate should feel comfortable utilizing own social network platforms (mostly Facebook) to spread event & brand communications virally Please contact www.quickstrikefieldmarketing.com for more information.
