As one of the top-ranked preschools in Utah, Early Learning Essentials is excited to enroll new interns and volunteers. Early Learning Essentials is looking for interns and volunteers who are innovative, self-starters, outgoing, great with people, dependable, and sensitive to the needs of families and children. Internships are unpaid and interns are welcome to work anywhere from 7-10 hours per week. This position may be done remotely. This is a great opportunity for those looking to get hands-on experience working with the community and for anyone interested in going into the communications field. Intern Duties Description ● Assist Community Outreach and Volunteer Coordinator with creating social media posts intended for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter ● Research relevant social media trends to help grow social media presence for Early Learning Essentials ● Analyze data, insights, and trends to reach our target audience ● Create 5 content pieces per week to be posted on social media platforms by Community Outreach and Volunteer Coordinator ● Ability to meet once a week via Google Meet for a 1 hour meeting with the Marketing Team. ● Ability to work collaboratively with other social media volunteers and Early Learning Essential staff members ● Understanding and knowledge of the early childhood education field and resources available to families in Utah Valley ● Complete other various projects as deemed appropriate by the Community Outreach and Volunteer Coordinator Please fill out an application at https://forms.gle/EFYr5MVVzx4fFt1E6 Preference is given to those who apply early.
