Are you a Mental Health Therapist looking for a new opportunity to grow in your profession? The Village Family Service Center in Moorhead, MN is accepting applications for a Mental Health Therapist, with a master's degree in a human service field and are licensed as (ex: LICSW, LPCC, LMFT, LP) or working towards licensure. Our Mental Health Therapists are part of a team that provides support to ensure the highest quality therapeutic services are delivered to children and families from diverse populations. We strive to maintain/enhance our culture of non-judgmental attitudes focusing on our mission and core values to help guide us in our work and to embrace diversity, equity and inclusion within our organization and the communities we serve. Working at The Village as a Mental Health Therapist you will be provided the opportunity to serve children (0-5 age group), adolescents, and adults. Completion of diagnostic assessments to include DC 0-5 experience preferred but may provide training, working with families to define the risks and strengths, while also creating individualized treatment plans. Completing all documentation in a timely manner into the electronic records system. Job Qualifications/requirements: Master's degree in a human service field or behavioral science field Fully licensed (ex: LICSW, LPCC, LMFT, LP) or be on licensure track/clinical Training in trauma-specific therapy modules is preferred but not required.
