Empathetic and understanding, you discuss these treatment plan options with patients and encourage them to follow through with their plans. As you speak with our patients, you keep their finances in mind and try to find a solution that works for them and our practice. You do what you can to get each patient to commit to their ongoing treatment, whether it involves routine check-ups, surgery, or other dentistry services. If a patient fails to make further appointments, you follow up with them to try and convince them to stick with their plan. You take great pride in connecting our clients with excellent dental care and helping improve our local smiles! QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN EXPERIENCED DENTAL SURGICAL AND TREATMENT COORDINATOR Must have experience coordinating dental surgeries and treatment plans Proven history of success presenting and closing patients' treatment plans from $1000 to $100,000 Some experience working in patient advocacy, designing treatment plans, or presenting treatment plans Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Are you highly compassionate and caring?
