The primary function of the IOP Program Site Director, referred to as the Anew Milieu Director, is to oversee the practical functionality and environment of care for the Anew Campus (LIC OP Commercial Building) and residential facilities (One 10-bed LIC RBHF and three 4-5 bed transitional residential homes). This includes the leadership, oversight and management of the client and staff m ilieu, facility operations and maintenance of client residences . The Milieu Director assists the clinical team and client support staff in providing supervision of independent living skills of clients living in program operated houses. The Milieu Director is responsible for talent recruitment, hiring, training, supervision and scheduling of Client Support Staff. The Milieu Director schedules, oversees and ensures the rendering of various services provided by Client Support Staff in the field.
