In this role, you will: Understand and contribute to the Business Line strategy by delivering actionable recommendations based on profitability analysis, market trends, policy analysis and end-to-end process enhancements. Support day to day strategic pricing group activities. Interact with Sales, Business Support Centre, Technology teams and Product Labs on the development and enhancements of different pricing & billing systems, minimize revenue leakage and enhance functionalities. Data Analytics: Conduct analysis on portfolio composition, pricing structures, vintages of expired agreements, discount levels, client volumes, renewals, depth of relationship, etc. Use data analytics to provide pricing recommendations and/or policy changes. Recommend solutions to improve customer experience, product pricing, service and/or processes. Conduct impact backssments (on customers, operations, and risk) when changes affecting processes are proposed. Assist with new projects and provide input into the review of business requirements, including supporting technology initiatives. Maintain a culture of risk management and control supported by effective processes and ensure all systems and processes are in compliance and meet all regulatory requirements.
