Discovery Community College has an opening for a Dental Receptionist Instructor (Surrey, BC) Discovery Community College are looking for the right individual to instruct in our Dental Receptionist Program in our Surrey campus using the curriculum provided by the College. Instructors should be caring and supportive with excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills. This position will be for approximate schedule of 32 hours per week, starting in early February 2024 for orientation. QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE: Applicants must have/be: Certificate related to dental reception work AND 24 months of related occupational experience OR 10 years of related occupational experience Other skills and attributes of benefit would include, but are not limited to: Excellent computer skills Possess effective written and verbal communication skills Adult education experience an asset Ability to create an atmosphere of support and confidence for our students Applicants should submit evidence of their qualifications and experience with their cover letter and resume.
