Muschlitz Excavating, Inc., a leader in the Heavy Civil Industry, is looking to add a Site Superintendent to its accomplished team. MEI is looking for the best in the business. We want leaders who take pride in their projects and who have a minimum of five (5) years’ experience managing large projects with a focus on Heavy Earthmoving, Underground Utilities, Grading and Paving. Duties & Responsibilities Run heavy civil construction project(s) Oversee multiple crews on a project Read blueprints, schematics, manuals Adhere to all safety rules and regulations Qualifications Experience in heavy civil construction Ability to oversee multiple crews Good communication and organizational skills Analytical skills Detail-oriented Safety-oriented Team player GPS Rover Minimum Requirements 10+ years of experience in heavy civil construction 5+ years supervision experience OSHA 30 Hour Training a plus Compensation $100,000+ Company Truck 401K Retirement Plan with Company match Health Insurance (Medical, Vision and Dental) Paid Vacation & PTO Powered by JazzHR
