About the Opportunity The Dartmouth Wellness Program works with for adults (persons 18 years of age and older) with mental health and substance use issues charged with a criminal offence within the jurisdiction of the Provincial Court of Nova Scotia. Participation in the Mental Health Court is voluntary.
