Global Business Payments (GBP) offers comprehensive business banking solutions on a global basis to small business, commercial and corporate clients of the Bank. This role will be supporting the Customer & Employee Experience and Project Management Office (PMO) teams. The Employee Experience team provides support, resources, and opportunities for employees to enable them to do their jobs effectively. We focus on ensuring our employees feel valued and empowered, are motivated to deliver results, and are committed to their work and their team. The PMO team manages and governs projects according to the policy, framework and standards defined by Enterprise Project Management Office to ensure they are standardized. We direct the development, approval, and execution of initiatives to support GBP’s and the Bank’s strategic plans and objectives. The Customer Experience team identifies customer pain points and proposes solutions to address them and improve the customer experience. We influence the digital roadmap to ensure the voice of the customer is a key component when prioritizing solutions. Is this role right for you?
