Here are some key accountabilities of the role: Responsible for participating in TJX Canada’s real estate market research intelligence projects with the objective of supporting the store network growth strategy, utilizing market research tools and resources to gain insights and database management. Responsible for conducting market research and analysis in real estate as it relates to demographics, points of interest, store trade areas, cannibalization, and cross-shop, supporting current and future business needs; Reporting and presenting findings to Leadership in real estate. Collaborates and partners with Real Estate and spatial data vendor (third party) on projects as required Works towards maintaining Real Estate database (MS Access) to improve data retrieval efficiency including adding approved deals, updating store details, adding historical data and 2021 Census Data as required. Partners with the Real Estate team to understand business needs and support deal making process through market analysis improvements.
