Location of work : Unit 201, 15300 68 Avenue, Surrey, BC, V3S 2B9 and Various sites in the Lower Mainland Job title: Construction Painter Supervisor No. of vacancies: 4Start Date: As soon as possible Job Type: Full time, permanent position with 30-40 hours per week. Overtime at the rate of 1.5 times after 40 hours per week. Wage: $34- $36 per hour Benefits: Dental benefit, Extend health care benefit JOB REQUIREMENT Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience Experience: minimum 2 years experience in Painting service. Language: English JOB DUTIES Supervise workers and projects Coordinate and schedule activities Train or arrange for training Estimate costs and materials Ensure health and safety regulations are followed Read blueprints and drawings Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies Leading/instructing individuals Working Conditions: Candidates should be willing to work outdoors, indoors, and all weather conditions.
