About the role: If you are interested in supporting the transfer of Access Solutions manufacturing from Mississauga, Ontario to Cartago, Costa Rica, this is a unique and exciting opportunity. This is a multi-year project that will conclude upon successful transfer of all required products. The position will require you to utilize quality knowledge and technical skills to support and execute manufacturing transfer activities. You will work in a highly collaborative environment, with a team of cross-functional engineers focused on supporting manufacturing transfer. This position will be located at the Mississauga, Ontario Access Solutions site reporting to an Access Solutions Manufacturing Quality Manager but will require occasional travel to support transfer activities. Your responsibilities will include: Work with a team of quality engineers under the direction of the Quality Manager to support and execute process and quality deliverables associated with manufacturing transfer. Work with project managers and/or other workstream leads to understand priorities execution of deliverables. Proactively investigate, identify, and implement best-in-class quality practices. Support execution of deliverables associated with the strategic vision for manufacturing transfer. Ensure completion of assigned manufacturing transfer deliverables per set schedules.
