The Role: As a Digital Account Manager, you will manage client relationships, strategies, execute and optimise campaigns, manage budgets, handle reporting and analysis. Responsibilities: Foster collaborative relationships with clients in financial services and B2B sectors. Define digital marketing objectives in collaboration with clients. Create and implement effective digital marketing plans aligned with client goals. Oversee digital campaign execution, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery. Monitor and optimise campaigns to achieve key performance indicators KPIs. Provide clients with regular budget updates and recommend adjustments as needed. Generate insightful performance reports, presenting key metrics and actionable insights. Conduct post-campaign analysis, offering recommendations for continuous improvement. Keep abreast of industry trends and digital marketing innovations. Share insights with clients to position them as leaders in their fields. Requirements: Previously worked as an Account Manager or in a similar role. Experience in digital account management. Understanding of digital marketing platforms, tools, and technologies. Capacity to handle multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines. Skilled in utilising Googles CM360 or equivalent, as well as any DSPs or platforms for managing social media campaigns. Desirable Exceptional communication and presentation skills. Analytical mindset with an emphasis on data-driven decision-making.
