In this crucial role, you will directly collaborate with the Finance Business Partner to prepare financial statements, operating reports, and budgets for our regional management team. A Day in the Life of the FINANCIAL ANALYST E ach day involves a comprehensive approach to financial management, which is super exciting for you. You closely monitor and analyze the monthly variances to budget and trend analyzes, fostering collaboration with our Branch Managers to develop ongoing financial insights. You have a knack for investigating details, conducting a meticulous analysis of gross margins, and dissecting individual jobs to identify causes for significant variances. Likewise, you play a crucial role in supporting the Finance Business Partner as well by pulling various reports and data. Data makes you happy! You engage in the budget process, and you thrive on defining assumptions, models scenarios, and collaborating closely with the stakeholders involved. Beyond your role, you take on an active part in leading and participating in process and system improvement projects, upholding the company's commitment to delivering best practices with a high standard of data accuracy and efficiency. Additionally, you love to handle diverse accounting and administrative duties assigned to support the broader Finance team, contributing to the overall success of First Onsite Property Restoration. Qualifications include: Working towards a Professional Accounting Designation (CPA) - is a PLUS An education in Accounting/Business/Finance and/or equivalent program Experience financial accounting and/or managerial accounting.
