Invoke Studios is currently looking to hire a Core Team of talented and varied people for a new AAA multiplayer game in the universe of D&D using the Unreal Engine. Job Description Invoke is looking for an Art Director to join the team! As an Art Director, you will be responsible to set and lead the artistic vision and its implementation through the whole lifecycle of the game. You will drive a cohesive aesthetic and collaborate with a wide range of talents across all disciplines. Our ideal candidate has a proven ability to manage and encourage a team of game artists, ensuring that visual elements are of the highest quality and technically compliant. This person also has strong skills in driving concepts and references, 2D and 3D art together with a deep understanding of technical pipelines and familiarity with optimizing and implementing art assets for game engines and multiplayer games. What You'll Do Build and communicate the artistic vision to all of the project’s stakeholders and see to the vision through to execution in the game Drive the creation of art and ensure that a unified vision is maintained and that artists have clear benchmarks for asset production Define the quality bar for asset creation and outsourced art through key artistic.
