Collaborate with project managers to deliver projects and develop solutions. Create design documents with detailed process maps, business requirements, data flows, and system interfaces. Assist project managers in developing business cases by identifying drivers, costs, benefits, and impacts of proposed changes. Design and facilitate workshops to engage staff, identify improvement opportunities, and understand root cause issues.
