Key Result Areas Financial Planning and Forecasting • Support financial planning and forecasting timeline for EMEA Vision in collaboration with the BUF and FP&A. This includes latest thinking forecasts; budgeting cycles (e. g. FBP, JU, NU); and strategic planning cycles (e. g. MTP). • Consolidate analysis and commentary from key finance stakeholders to ensure EMEA Vision plans are based on solid assumptions and robust data, highlighting key risks and opportunities. • Support the preparation and consolidation of budget presentations for regional and global stakeholders. • Loading of financial plans into relevant systems for Regional and Global consolidation - e. g. Anaplan, BRAVO. Business Results & Reporting • Support the delivery of standard reporting and performance analytics for P&L; Balance Sheet and Free Cash Flow management. • Drive Regional FP&A standards and digital capabilities across Vision EMEA Finance. • Consolidation of risks and opportunities that give insights to Regional Leadership and Global FP&A which will aid decision making. • Closely communicate with Global FP&A for business performance reporting and ad-hoc topics. • Build interdependent partnerships with other finance tiers including - Internal FP&A Team; BUF; Global FP&A; GS Finance; PIC Finance; Deliver Finance; Compliance groups; and Tax COE. • Support the resolution of issues with various finance teams in a timely manner. • Ad-hoc financial analysis and project work. • Support continuous improvement and simplification activities. Compliance & Best Practice • Proactively maintain and improve internal control environments to meet J&J internal, SOX, and external statutory compliance governance. • Support regional SOX compliance deliverables. • Support internal and external audits, statutory, and legal requirements as required by GS and Tax COE. • Challenge the current process and seek process improvement opportunities to drive simplification and value creation People.
