Job description: Compu-Net Systems has an immediate opening for a Managed Services Client/Server Support Specialist in our North Ridgeville, Ohio location.Ideal candidates are within a 30-minute drive time to our North Ridgeville, Ohio office. Candidates being considered for this position must have:- IT Degree, Microsoft Certifications or at least three (3) years of experience working in IT- Three (3) years or more of hands-on Windows Server experience- Experience with IP data networks and understand them- Have a clean background and pass FBI and BCI checks- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation as onsite visits to customer locations is required- Have a high attention to detail with a focus on quality and customer service- Be able to manage multiple tasks efficiently and effectively- Be able to travel to customer locations in the Cleveland Ohio area- Be able to manage his/her own work schedule- Be very honest and reliable The job duties and helpful experience include: - Working with all aspects of Windows Servers; Hardware setup, Installation, Administration, Troubleshooting and Migrations- Level 1 and up service and support - remote and onsite- Desktop PC and Laptop repair / upgrades, hardware and software- Install, service, support, troubleshoot and repair network infrastructure components including wiring, switches, wireless access points and routers- Install, service, support, troubleshoot and repair various line of business applications- Produce and maintain system documentation- Keep a positive attitude and maintain a professional appearance toward all customers- Maintain a flexible work schedule as this job may require support on any given day at any given time- Understand on premise Exchange Server and mail flow- Understand DNS Management of A, CNAME, MX etc. records- Familiar with Installation and management of SQL Servers- Microsoft Office 365 / Entra- Sophos Intercept-X- StorageCraft ShadowProtect- TigerPaw PSA Software- ConnectWise Automate RMM Software- Sophos UTM- QNAP Network Attached Storage and VioStor- Hyper-V and VMWare Virtualization- Ubiquiti UniFi Installation and Management- Dell Server Hardware, RAID Systems- APC UPS and Safe Shutdown software- Familiar with IRS Publication 1075 SCSEM We offer: - Competitive Salary- Relaxed and fun work environment- Benefits, paid holidays, 401K- Company provided technology devicesPDN-9b7e758c-eef5-46b4-a6f0-55d79226ba7d
