We are a Full Service Resort and Restaurant. Our mission is We strive to provide a quality, family friendly resort in the Sierra Nevada Mountains on the shores of Pinecrest Lake.. We are seeking a new Lead Cook / Chef to join our team. Your role will be to To lead the kitchen in a the long established Steam Donkey Restaurant. Must be able to work gill and Sautee. Numerous perks and great staff.. As a member of the Restaurant department, you will work with Wait Staff and Bartenders and report to our Resort Manager. What You Will Do: Cook What You Will Bring: Our ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of relevant experience and the following credentials/skills: Some High School Food Preparation Knife Skills Food Quality Grilling Sauce Making Salads Portion Control Soup Making Why You'll Love Us: Pinecrest is an amazing small, tourism town. Nearby ski area and resort perks at Pinecrest Lake. Perfect area for the outdoor enthusiast. Salary range for this position is $24.00 - $DOE per hour.
