We are seeking a motivated and experienced Family Associate Attorney to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in family law, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping clients navigate complex legal matters. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on a diverse range of family law cases, including divorce, child custody, spousal support, property issues, and more. Qualifications: --- Sense of Humor --- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school --- Active MD Bar Membership --- Minimum 5 years' experience --- Proven track record of handling family law cases, including litigation experience --- Strong knowledge of Family Law and Legal Research skills --- Excellent negotiation and advocacy skills --- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills --- Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively --- Demonstrated commitment to client service and ethical practice --- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills --- Ability to work independently and collaboratively --- Experience with mediation and alternative dispute resolution methods. --- Familiarity with local family court procedures and judges.
