Made Possible.Job SummaryWe are seeking an enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team and provide support to our HR department. Your role will involve performing a variety of administrative tasks, including updating employee records, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain firsthand experience in HR operations and gain insight into our company's approach to payroll, recruiting, and employee relations.ResponsibilitiesPost, update, and remove job ads from career siteConduct phone screens for hourly positions and Schedule applicant interviews with appropriate managerFile documents and answers employee inquiriesParticipate in organizing company events and job fairsAssist the HR department team in onboarding activities for new hires.Provide administrative support to HR business partners and managers.Requirements:Enrolled in a university or college program at junior or senior level, preferred course of study to include Human Resources, Business Management, or relatedProficient in MS OfficeAble to demonstrate professional work ethicOutstanding written and verbal communication skillsGood interpersonal and organizational skillsDemonstrated ability to handle confidential matters and understand company policies.Graphic Packaging is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
