Here are some key accountabilities of the role: This position is responsible for supporting the delivery of the Global Leadership and TJX Canada learning curriculum to drive learner engagement. This position is accountable for also developing learning resources and backssing program outcomes and participating in the Community of Practice In collaboration with Senior National Trainers, plans, creates, schedules, and monitors training calendar Facilitates and moderates Global Leadership and TJX Canada learning curriculum Manages project plans for each program, ensuring execution of program activities within established timelines including Role of a Leader of Leaders (Ro LL) and Presenting for Impact Maintains Delivery team reporting on a regular basis; develops visualization graphics to outline observations and results What you’ll need To begin your career with us, we require the following: Post-secondary education in a related.
