The Role An exciting opportunity for an experienced Telesales Team Lead to join a vibrant in: house team, based near Ripon, North Yorkshire As Telesales Team Leader you will be an integral part of the sales team, responsible for driving sales to the next level and running our small team. Working with the Sales Manager and Sales team to ensure Telesales activities support the wider company strategy Duties Lead and manage a team of talented Telesales account managers. Drive performance across the team to help achieve business wide objectives. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targets. Monitor and analyse team performance, providing guidance and support for continuous improvement. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment. Ensure adherence to quality standards and compliance with company policies. Skills/Knowledge Proven experience in a Telesales leadership role. Strong leadership and motivational skills. Hospitality and Leisure Industry experience essential Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets.
