What you will be doing: The Director, Transformation & Performance Management will provide strategic direction Transformation & Performance Management team ensuring business strategies, plans and initiatives are executed and delivered in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies, and procedures. As a key partner to senior management and business line leaders, the Transformation Team is accountable for delivering strategic advice and support to solve business problems at enterprise and business line levels and ensure that delivery of projects in the bank are generating value and prioritized through the lens of overall strategic alignment, earnings growth, and customer impact.
