Up to $20,000.00 Sign On Bonus for exp RN's! Palliative Care - Home Health - Registered Nurse Full Time - 40 hrs. per week - Day Shift - 8 hour shifts Gas mileage reimbursement: $0.655/Mi. Community based nursing allows Mercy Home Health to provide a personal touch to the patients we meet while seeing them through to success. Overview: This nurse will be responsible for coordinating palliative care of patients in Home Care and advising/assisting those co-workers in identifying patients that need to be transitioned to Hospice. This nurse may also case manage some patients from the transition period throughout their Hospice length of stay. Qualifications: Experience: Two or more years related experience. Required Education: Graduation from accredited nursing school. Licensure: Current RN license in the state of Missouri. Preferred Certifications: Current certification as a Hospice and Palliative Nurse. Certifications: BLS CPR Certification through American Heart Association. Other: Current state driver's license and auto insurance.
