Sales Manager Oxfordshire area Salary: A GBP 33:35k pa dependent on experience + bonus Terzetto Stone and Porcelain are a leading retailer of high: quality stone and porcelain tiles from around the world. We supply both retail and trade customers throughout the UK and currently have five showrooms in Yorkshire, Cheshire, St Albans, Oxfordshire and Warwickshire. We are looking to recruit an experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Summertown, Oxford. As a Sales Manager you will be responsible for the development and performance of others and sales activities. You will work closely with the Director and provide leadership towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth, in line with company vision and values. Are you: eager to learn, highly motivated and ambitious with the capability to become a key member of our sales team? confident and charismatic to achieve sales through face to face contact in our showrooms or through phone and other contacts? You will be recognised for delivering outstanding customer service, achieving the right outcome for the customer and the business. You will learn and develop a wide range of product knowledge to help customers choose the right look for their home. An eye for interior design is also very useful here. You will also calculate quantities and specify requirements, produce quotes and process orders. We value professionalism, excellence and passion together with a desire to continuously improve and develop the business direction. This is a fantastic opportunity to join our great team at Terzetto Stone and Porcelain as a Sales Manager. We offer: a competitive salary, bonus scheme, full training, company pension scheme, and an employee discount. Your base will be in our Summertown, Oxford showroom but flexibility is needed as there will be travel to other showrooms. Full UK driving licence essential.
