What you’ll do Local Recruiters will be responsible for managing/implementing recruitment plans/strategies including attracting and resourcing potential candidates at all times. You will also be responsible for posting adverts as required on social media and other available platforms. You will develop networks in the local community and attend regular community events throughout the year, promoting City and County Healthcare Group.
