Job Description: -Hire and train staff-Keep track of inventory and place orders with suppliers accordingly-Manage customer complaints-Create schedules for staff-Make sure all health and safety regulations are followed at all times-Monitor the restaurant’s sales-Develop and follow a budget to maximize restaurant profits-Develop or contribute to marketing plans to promote the establishment-Maintain Customer Relationship Job Requirements: -Food Service Manager should be skilled, organized and possess leadership qualities to handle and evaluate the day to day functions. -experience of point of sale system, cash register, electronic mail will be prioritized. -should be client focused. -Completion of secondary school is required. -A university degree or college diploma in Hospitality/Business Management or other may be required. -Several years of hospitality or related retail experience at increasing levels of responsibility are usually required. -Computer and technology knowledge.
