Senior UX UI Designer We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior UX/UI Designer to join our dynamic digital team. As a Senior UX/UI Designer, you will play a critical role in the design and delivery of innovative and user focused digital platforms and solutions for our clients. Reporting to the Digital Account Director, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including client services, brand strategists and fellow designers, to ensure we are delivering the best possible solutions for our clients. Your expertise in user research, information architecture, interaction design, and visual design will be instrumental in this role. You will also have leadership abilities able to mentor and offer guidance to junior members of the design team. RESPONSIBLITIES: Lead UX Design Strategy: Drive the overall user experience strategy of projects by conducting user research, analysing user needs and behaviours, and translating insights into actionable design recommendations. User-Centred Design: Apply user-centred design principles and methodologies to create innovative and intuitive user interfaces, information architecture, interaction flows, and wireframes. Visual Design: Collaborate with brand designers to ensure the creation of visually appealing and consistent designs that align with branding guidelines and enhance the overall user experience. Prototyping and Testing: Create interactive prototypes and conduct usability testing to validate design concepts and gather user feedback for continuous improvement. Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate effectively with the Digital Account Director and cross-functional teams, including client services, brand strategists and fellow designers, to ensure alignment and successful execution of design projects. Communicate design concepts and ideas clearly and persuasively to clients and internal stakeholders. Mentorship and Leadership: Provide mentorship and guidance to junior.
