Crafco, Inc. has an opening for a SEASONAL Supply Center Assistant at our supply center in Millbury , MA (May - October). Want to make some summer cash? This Supply Center Assistant position is a seasonal role, Monday - Friday, with some Saturday hours and overtime available from May through October. The Supply Center Assistant is responsible for supporting customers and provide backup coverage for other employees. Crafco Supply Centers are retail and manufacturing stores that make and sell pavement preservation materials and equipment for crack sealing, pothole patching, sealcoating and more. The supply centers are designed to effectively supply, warehouse, and manufacture quality products and services, on time, at the lowest possible cost while maintaining a high level of safety, tidiness and good relations with employees, company personnel, and customers. This position offers a competitive hourly rate with an excellent benefits package including Health, Life, Disability, Dental, Holidays, Sick Leave, Maternity Leave and Tuition Assistance. Specific Duties: Receive and process incoming shipments. Delivery/Pickup of Crafco equipment between supply centers. Unload trucks, verify receipt of correct items and quantities, store items in appropriate locations. Pull products for outgoing orders, package appropriately for shipment. Contact LTL carriers or UPS as necessary to insure on-time shipment of products to customers. Support customers by helping with tracking of shipment and returns, as necessary. Assist Supply Center Supervisor with maintenance of accurate files for orders, quotes, and invoices. Work with Supply Center Supervisor to schedule incoming and outgoing shipment as needed. Assist with the maintenance of rental equipment and help keep repair records up to date. Work with Service Tech, quote customer estimates, and follow up with customers for approval on repair items. Must be knowledgeable about rental equipment to assist rental customers with startup and provide usage training. Qualifications: Candidate must have good organizational and planning skills. Must be able to obtain DOT certification. Prior warehouse experience a plus! Candidate must enjoy working with people. Must possess good problem-solving skills. About Crafco, Inc.
