DUTIES: Responsible for the organization and maintenance of records, files, and manuals relating to the operation of the field office. Such records include official law enforcement documents, report forms, confidential investigative reports, general administrative records and files, and manuals. Assists Captain(s) and Administrative Support staff with the proper management and operation of the field office. Answering telephones and taking questions from the public. Completing mailings for citations and derelict vessels. Conducting inventory of supplies and uniform equipment. Placing uniform orders for Miami:Dade personnel. Helping Administrative Staff with their duties, to include off:duty, vessel receipts, etc. Plan, Coordinate, and conduct repairs of patrol vehicles that have been sitting unused due to staffing issues. Maintain officer's schedule and regional roster. Assist officers with travel paperwork. Maintain rosters and all work related to deployments (OVS, OLS, Hurricanes, etc.) Manage the AskFWC tracker system for SRB. Performs other related duties and special projects as assigned. KNOWLEDEGE, SKILLS and ABILITIES REQUIRED FOR THE POSITION: stylemargin:bottom:11.0px:: Ability to use personal computer.: Ability to follow written/verbal instructions.: Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others.: Ability to understand and apply applicable rules, regulations, policies, and procedures. : Bilingual (Spanish) speaker preferred.
