JOB TITLE: Financial Analyst : Corporate Analysis and Reporting IMMEDIATE SUPERVISOR(S): VP Finance JOB SUMMARY: The Financial Analyst is a results:oriented finance focus role reporting to VP Finance. This role will work closely with the CFO, and Operational Finance Team. The primary function of this role is to analyze the past and present financial data of the organization and provide actionable insights to Finance and Corporate leadership. DUTIES: : Conduct and report routine and ad:hoc financial analysis and modeling on all aspects of the business (i.e. revenue, labor, product costs, vendor allowance, overheads, etc...). : Support corporate leadership with ad:hoc analysis and modeling in support of monthly sector reporting needs. : Support all CCL finance teams with the annual budgeting process, file compilation, research, and presentation preparation.: Support the CCL finance and accounting teams with the administration of budget change submission in a timely fashion, working with all Ops Finance Leaders to ensure accurate and timely information is provided. : Support the CCL finance and accounting teams with maintaining proper business hierarchy alignments for accurate reporting structure. : Support the finance and client retention teams with submission of required monthly risk and loss reporting.: Support the preparation of the CCL corporate budgets, budget analysis, and sector reporting packs : Support the VP's of Finance in project work and internal process development, implementation, and training, including dashboard development, monitoring, and data accuracy testing. : Other Duties and Ops Projects as assigned based on business and team support needs. EDUCATION: : Four (4) year accounting/finance degree, or equivalent work experience: Finance or Public accounting experience a plus: CPA and / or MBA preferable, not required WORK EXPERIENCE: : Minimum of two (2) years in a Corporate Finance, Financial Analyst, Accountant, or Financial Audit/Training role : Experience within foodservice or a directly related industry a plus OTHER: : Excellent problem:solving, process improvement and analytical skills: Strong technical finance and accounting knowledge: Strong financial modeling skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (strong Excel skills required): Strong data analytic skills (database and data visualization software skills a plus): Preferred:stylelist:style:type:circle:: Experience with SAP and Hyperion ESSBase: Experience with SQL Data Queries: Experience with PowerBI, Qlikview, or similar dashboarding tools Apply to CCL today CCL is a member of Compass Group USA Click here to Learn More about the Compass Story Compass Group is an equal opportunity employer.
