We are currently looking for a Receptionist to join our team and be the face of our dealership. What We Offer: Medical / Dental / Vision / Short-Term Disability 401K Plan Paid time off and vacation Responsibilities: Answer dealership group phones for multiple locations, Greet and receive prospects and customers Handling money and payments Work cooperatively with the sales, service, parts, and other internal teams Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner Accounts Receivable for multiple locations. Prepares, posts, verifies, and records customer payments and transactions. Maintains and updates customer files Call on delinquent accounts Other duties as assigned Qualifications: Excellent listening/communication skills, outgoing and positive personality Detail Oriented At least 2 years experience in a similar role Punctual nature and ability to handle dynamic work environment Professional appearance and eager to improve on all aspects Microsoft Office
