Full-Time, Salary Exempt - $58K - $85K (DOE) PURPOSE To provide 100% customer satisfaction To contribute to a great work environment To meet & exceed goals and expectations QUALIFICATIONS Self-motivated and willing to learn Takes pride in their work Adaptable to changing priorities Good work ethic and positive attitude Good communication skills High level of integrity Understanding of sales performance metrics Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills Ability to write and speak effectively to individuals and groups A team player with a high level of dedication Ability to work under strict deadlines Experience in CRM software and MS Office (Excel in particular) Contribute to high quality customer service and support Sales team in meeting sales targets Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment background investigation and drug test EDUCATION Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and/or a minimum of five (5)+ years' experience as an Executive Administrative Assistant Proven experience working as a Sales administrator or sales support agent, preferred JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Process orders via email or phone. Check data accuracy in orders and invoices. Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries. Liaise with the Logistics department to ensure timely deliveries. Maintain and update sales and customer records. Develop monthly sales reports. Communicate important feedback from customers internally. Ensure sales targets are met and report any deviations. Stay abreast of new John Deere products and features. Interact with sales team regularly. Other duties as assigned by Manager.
