Job Title Global Product Manager, 3D ICE Catheter Job Description Global Product Manager, 3D ICE Catheter Join Philips Image Guided Therapy Devices (IGT-D) as the VeriSight Pro 3D ICE Catheter Global Product Manager. In this role you have the opportunity to expand our new VeriSight Pro ICE catheter into new geographies by supporting global commercialization strategies, launches, and sustained expansion within new markets. Philips' new VeriSight Pro intracardiac catheter offers best-in-class 2D and 3D live image guidance for a wide range of procedures in electrophysiology and structural heart disease. Your role: Develop and execute a global marketing plan for VeriSight. Develop and deploy marketing promotions, sales tools, pricing, and positioning for the VeriSight Pro ICE catheter in OUS markets. Analyze and report regularly on product forecasts via highly data-driven metrics. Deeply understand the needs of the IGT-D and Ultrasound sales teams and electrophysiology/structural heart customers to formulate new downstream promotional strategies. Conduct market assessments for key geographies in both electrophysiology and structural heart disease for 2D and 3D ICE. Develop marketing communication and launch plans by regions working with local markets. Collaborate with medical education partners to ensure comprehensive sales and physician training plans. Collaborate with upstream marketing, training and education, and clinical research counterparts to translate activities into marketplace success. You're the right fit if: You have a bachelor's degree, or a minimum of 4 years of relevant professional work/military experience. You have Medical Device/Equipment/Hospital experience (required). Ultrasound imaging experience a plus. Electrophysiology and/or Structural Heart device experience a plus. Your skills include: Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously. Experience analyzing business opportunities and developing strategies. Analytical ability. Strategic thinking. Experience launching new products/marketing programs globally is a plus. Market development experience is a plus. You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position . You have the ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment and have a passion for customers and customer interaction. You have excellent written, oral, and presentation communication skills. Philips Transparency Details The pay range for this position is $93,345 to $170,688 annually. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including, job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity. In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. Employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive Philips Total Rewards benefits program, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more.
