Our services include care coordination, clinical and pharmacy services, mental health, housing, and nutrition. Position Summary: The Facilities Manager is responsible for facilities operations and maintenance of Damien Center locations. This position is responsible for facility functions including janitorial & environmental, OSHA & safety compliance. The position requires maintenance and repair skills and will warrant decision-making for repairs that require licensed professionals to perform good health and routine maintenance of all systems. Duties and Responsibilities: This job description describes the general nature and level of work performed by employees assigned to this position. Manage day-to-day physical maintenance and operations of multiple buildings, facilities, and building systems, including working with maintenance and cleaning vendors. Maintain and troubleshoots day to day office operations including restrooms, climate control, breakrooms, cleaning needs, office inventory levels, furniture and equipment, copier maintenance, elevators, and waste management. Ensure supplies are ordered and stocked for restrooms, breakrooms, and office supply areas. Oversee Damien fleet of vehicles including maintenance and safety checks. ยท Ensure all facilities maintenance requests are addressed, triaged as necessary, and completed in a timely manner. Communicate with vendors to ensure routine maintenance plans are performed for all systems, including but not limited to HVAC, electrical, plumbing, lawncare, snow removal, pest control and fire. Work with local fire and police departments to establish and maintain healthy relationships and in-services related to safety and security. Manage, maintains, distributes all keys, badges for the buildings, and provides those to the HR Manager for new hires. Prepare space for new hires and provides training on office workstation equipment. Ensure all Damien properties are free of trash and debris, including recycling and dumpster areas. Monitor the exterior of the building including parking lots, grounds, landscaping, roof, trash removal, snow removal, and physical security for needed enhancements. Ensure that all areas of the building, including conference rooms and consultation rooms, are organized and clean. Maintain conference room calendars, signage, and equipment daily. Provide support when needed. Perform special assignments and other work, on an as-needed basis. Support of Operations team by assisting Safety Manager and Reception with and needs or coverage of duties. Possess a valid state-issued driving license and maintain an active automobile insurance policy. Assist leader with implementation of projects, special assignments, or facilities modifications. Performs other work on an as-needed basis. Education and/or Experience High school diploma or GED required. Three or more years' experience in facilities maintenance required. Experience with OSHA, safety compliance, security and building operations and maintenance preferred. Excellent communication skills required. *Work experience may substitute for education requirements on a case-by-case basis. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities : Possess superior organizational and administrative skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities. Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment. Ability to work independently and achieve high standards of productivity, achieving deadlines and with superior product results. Strong calendaring, organizational, and document management skills required. Proactive approach to solving problems and communicating to leadership. Knowledge of office management systems, procedures, and office equipment required. Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work. FLSA Status: Salaried, Full-time, Exempt Leader: Director or Administrative Operations Salary: $50,000 annually B enefits: 150 hours of PTO in the first year followed by 195 hours per year moving forward. 12 paid holidays Medical coverage options include a PPO plan or a HDHP.
