Responsibilities: • Ensure proper maintenance and inspect properties periodically to maintain our level of company standards• Showcase properties and their amenities to potential tenants in order to help secure rental contracts• Research local rental rates and calculate costs to determine fair and competitive pricing• Use a variety of social media and company’s website to display potential properties to help prompt quick turn around• Confirm rental application data and personal references to ensure accuracy• Lead follow up• Sales• Database campaigns• Lead generation Qualifications: • Ability to communicate effectively both oral and written• Working knowledge of real estate law and leasing practices• Ability to use computer programs such as Microsoft Office, Excel and Publisher• Proven track of successful sales record• A real estate license required• Ability to learn leasing rules and regulations• Commission opportunity• Sales experience Compensation: $85,000 - $120,000 at plan About Company: We are a group of highly productive, community-giving focused real estate agents, with service at the core of our practice of negotiating for and representing our clients to the very highest level.
