Apply now for immediate consideration.This job will have the following responsibilities:Responsible for building strong employee and union relationsIntegral in the negotiations of collective bargaining agreementsOversight of recruiting for all operational positions at your particular facilityPerformance management of onsite HR team and integral in performance management for onsite employeesOnboarding and orientation for new employeesChange management: Will be a key cultural leader onsite for development and implementation of key transformation initiatives to increase employee engagement, reduce turnover, enhance training and development.Qualifications & Requirements:Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources requiredBilingual English/Spanish is a plus5+ years of progressive Manufacturing Industry Human Resources experience2+ years manufacturing experience preferably within food Demonstrated change management experienceSPHR, SHRM-SCP or PHR, SHRM-CP preferred
