We are seeking an experienced Foreman with experience in commercial heating and air conditioning in the San Antonio, Texas area. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of recent experience as a Foreman overseeing commercial HVAC projects. Basic responsibilities: Supervise HVAC workers Develop work schedules Ensure projects are at or under budget Report project progress to superiors Be a liaison between construction workers and supervisors Ensure workers are using safety practices Perform quality checks Required skills: Must have a minimum of 7 years of recent experience with HVAC duct installation Must have a minimum of 3 years experience as a foreman The ability to communicate in English and Spanish will be a HUGE PLUS Excellent communication skills Must have experience with commercial new construction and remodeling Excellent knowledge of commercial heating and air conditioning Excellent knowledge of commercial blueprints and drawings For immediate consideration, resumes can be emailed to XXXX@structured-labor.com Text [HVACFMRR] to 512-866-XXXX for more details Equal Opportunity Employer and Drug-Free Workplace
