Trusted Resource Associates (TRA) is seeking a local contract CT Technologist for a local contract job in Boca Raton, Florida.Job Description & Requirements Specialty: CT Technologist Discipline: Allied Health Professional Start Date: 05/26/2024 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, days Employment Type: Local ContractTRA CT Tech (Computerized Tomography) TRA is Tenet's in-house nationwide contingent pool for Nursing and Allied travel and local contracts. Receive a greater level of Contract security compared to with an outside agency. TRA CT Tech The CT (Computerized Tomography) Tech is responsible for performing diagnostic procedures utilizing radiation detection and imaging equipment. Provides quality care to patients of all age groups; from newborn to elderly, according to department standards. Completes established competencies for the position within designated introductory period. Other related duties as assigned. BENEFITS - Guaranteed hours for Travel Contracts - Preferred Booking Agreement for Local Contracts - Weekly Pay - Holiday Pay - Contract Security compared to a contract with an outside agency Minimum Education Formal 2 year radiologic technology training in an AMA approved school which meets requirements for registry by the ARRT Preferred Education BS in Radiology or equivalent Minimum Experience 2 years with specific experience in CT Scan (computerized tomography) components Required Certification/Licensure - American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) in computed tomography; OR - Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification (NMTCB) in computed tomography; OR - ARRT (R) or NMTCB certification AND documented training on computed tomography - State license if required - American Heart Association BLS - CT registry within 6 months Preferred Certification - CT registry at hire Our Hire Process - We do qualify our clinicians to meet or exceed the minimum requirements of a travel or local assignment.
