You will pursue new properties for the company and cultivate relationships with buyers to sell these properties. Responsibilities: • Gain trust with prospects to overcome objections and facilitate a signed contract• Ensure a smooth transaction between buyers and sellers • Follow up on all leads and requests for information• Utilize the CRM daily to track all necessary contact interaction details and monitor sales process• Assess comparables, property value, and condition through research, outreach, data, site walks, and market trends• Research investment and partnership models, real estate market and geographical trends, and prepare letters of intent, contracts, and other business administration paperwork as needed for the sale Qualifications: • Top-notch written and verbal communication skills and superior phone etiquette required• Selling is your passion, and you are extremely driven to succeed• Over 1 year of experience as a real estate specialist in real estate acquisitions, land acquisition, or real estate sales experience is preferred• A high level of interest in starting a career in real estate Compensation: $50,000 About Company: The Real Estate Center is an attorney-managed brokerage which means that our agents have an attorney available to answer questions and handle complex situations as they arise.
